By arranging a site visit with Knight Solutions Building & Landscaping Ltd you agree to the following terms.

Site visits are provided for customers intending to carry out the works within a reasonable timeframe. The person booking the appointment must be the property owner or an authorised decision-maker.

All information provided about the project must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Significant changes to the described works may require an additional visit.

Safe and reasonable access to the property must be available at the agreed appointment time. If access is not possible, the appointment will be treated as a missed visit.

A minimum of 12 hours notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling.

Knight Solutions Building & Landscaping Ltd reserves the right to charge a £35 call-out fee where:

• The customer is not present
• Access is refused
• The appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice
• The job does not exist or materially differs from the description provided
• The enquiry is made for price-checking only with no intention to proceed

Quotations are provided following assessment of the works and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change where the project scope is altered after quotation.

Site visits involve travel time, scheduling and professional assessment. Where an enquiry is found to be non-genuine, the call-out fee represents a contribution toward incurred costs and administration.

Booking or agreeing to a site visit constitutes acceptance of these terms.
